    Winches

What is funny is if it was the government doing the data collection everybody would be up in arms, but nobody seems to worry about a huge corporation that is free to make as many bucks as they can off your personal information by you just simply accepting a user agreement. We give up all our...

Upgrade from X1120 to X1100C - Anyone Do This?

My wife is 5'2" and very comfortable in the 1100. I am 6' and also comfortable. It is snug but my knees are not banging against the dash or anything. I have an assistant who is 6'9", he will not get in the 1100. Plenty of head room but his knees are smashed against the dash. I can hang my...

    Hand throttle on RTV-X vehicles

I could not agree more. For example this past weekend we were moving some dirt from a stockpile to around our new home. The RTV can carry 2 times the material of my B3030 and move at twice the speed. Lots of switching from H/R to dump the dirt exactly where we wanted it. But the switching...

Air Conditioning x1100c cycles off and on

You are still cycling too quickly. Good thing is we know the pressure switch is still good and the cycling is because the high side Is getting too high. First have you cleaned the condenser? From the back side of the condenser use compressed air (not so high as to damage the fins on the...

Air Conditioning x1100c cycles off and on

I agree that the problem you are experiencing with the blend door/valve is not what is causing the compressor to cycle. The A/C compressor does not automatically turn on when you select defrost. You must turn the A/C compressor on with the on/off switch. As for the blend door/valve issue, it...

Air Conditioning x1100c cycles off and on

I also have a 2014 & live in Texas. Owned mine since new. I would check your charge. It is either under/over charged or the pressure switch. The A/C in the RTV will blow ice cold all day and keep you more than conformable even on the hottest of days when it is in proper working order.

Well...it’s finally a Cold Day in Hell.

Actually ERCOT does still purchase power from Mexico. The dependency on cheap power from Mexico is just one puzzle piece of this catastrophic failure. When the temperatures crashed, Mexico had less power to sell as they needed it for itself. That is why Abbot got on Fox News and started...

How do you make a cat a barn cat?

You can love on the cat all you want. My uncle always had a cat or two in the barn. They would run up to him when he walked in the barn and he would always pet, scratch and love on them. He would give them fresh milk when he had a milk cow. But they always lived in the barn. He would feed...

Well...it’s finally a Cold Day in Hell.

I am just NorthEast of Downtown Dallas and for the past 36 hours we have been part of the rolling blackouts. Initially 20/on then 10/off. This morning they went to 10/on 10/off. Now we are up to 30/on 15/off. Not a lot of fun. The reason for the power issues is lack of prep for the storm...

    Towing & Fuel Pump

Sorry for the delayed response. Work, life and everything else got this repair project pushed off until finally Saturday afternoon was able to dig/diagnose it further. It was the fuel pump as I suspected. First I pulled off the hose on the output side of the pump. Pumped the hand pump...

    Towing & Fuel Pump

Last night the RTV just up and died with no warning. Luckily I was only 50' from the shop and on pavement. I was able to push the RTV to the shop door but not over the threshold by myself. But it got me thinking about towing. If I had been on the other end of the property and this happened...

    RTV 1100 in swamp

The deepest water we have had our 1100 in about the bottom of the door seals. The seals on the cab are very tight so water entering the cab should not be a issue. Depending on the depth of the water you travel thru you may want to consider a snorkel for the air intake. The intake is under the...
