I mentioned it in another post (Front mount snowblower) about using a reverser off a field chopper, if you can find one of the old small ones with straight through, not 90 degree drive.

If you haven't already figured it out, a reverser off a field chopper, or chain drive to an idler sprocket with a 3rd sprocket runnning on the back side of the chain driving the blower or if you've got enough power/hydraulics and $$ a hydraulic motor on the blower. Going to put one on my 399...
