Got it off! Called the dealer this am; he said to work a screw driver between the handle and the bar... that worked, it's off now! Said to use silicone to "glue" it back on... Thanks for the responses... Spokane Dude

My throttle lever broke at the junction where the threads start; I ordered a new one, but it came without a rubber handle grip. The question is: how do I remove the rubber grip from the old handle and put it on the new handle, without ruining the either the grip or the new handle?
