What diameter of pipe to you need in order to keep good airflow? It looks like 1 1/4 PVC (schedule 40) would be a perfect fit to connect to the existing air intake, but will that provide enough air? It seems like it would be to me since it slides right into the existing hose clamp fitting...

Where is the temp sensor located? I've got the same tractor and it would be nice to know what to check ahead of time for once, instead of after something breaks. Thanks.

Finally got back to it yesterday. I don't know if I'd want to show it off very much though. Let's just say it works (it's ugly, but it works). I'll put up a final pic when I get a chance. Between the new sheet metal and the new bed liner coating in the floorboard, it should last a little while.

East Texas is my neck of the woods. I don't think it will be a real problem, it's just finding the time to do the work. I replaced the rear u-joints and started on the floorboards this weekend and I've already had to switch to another, more urgent, problem. I'll get it finished eventually.

Has anyone had to replace the front wheel wells on their RTV? Mine are rotting out and I'm trying to determine how best to approach the issue. Right now my only guess is cut out the existing and weld in some new plate. Not a fun proposition, but so far I haven't thought of any alternatives...
