    <font face="Arial">Yep.. Two Guns... Austin is a fast growing town, lots of opportunity. I built southwest of the city, surrounded by cattle ranches. Figured it would be perfect for when I retired... at least until about 6 years ago when all the ranchers started selling off to the west coast...
