2024 x1140 stuck in forward

Hi.
I have a 2024 Kubota X 1140. 369 hours on it. It’s stuck in forward gears. Low and high work, but I cannot get it to go into neutral or reverse. Also, the emergency brake is loose and has no resistance. Brake pedal feels soft as well. I can’t start the unit with the key, I have to jump it from the battery.
 
Figured it out. The transmission lever was frozen at the transmission. I forcefully moved the handle back and forth until suddenly something released. Full range of motion restored.
