4540 neutral safety switch

Just bought my 4540 new recently so I have never replaced my switch but looking at the switch it looks like it just backs when you turn it left handed. A threaded switch.
 
Only problem is it's inside of a hole and putting a socket on it can't be done with the wires still attached. I also can't figure out how to get the wires off without cutting them.
 
I looked at mine today. When you take the 2 small bolts out does that not let the wires pull off. Looking at the switch online it appears to have spade connections.
 
No they are permanently attached. I ordered a diesel injector fuel line socket set that I'm hoping works to remove it, they're cut out so the wires will fit and socket goes on.
