6110 gasket/plug hydraulic leak issue

My mechanic is stumped. This image is for a Mahindra 6110.


The Mahindra tractor had hydraulic fluid pouring out breather hose circled in image very quickly after starting and running. When he disassembled it he found the lack circular gasket held by the tab… dislodged. He can’t find that part number and he doesn’t understand why or how to prevent from happening again.

I found a number 14443140080 the description calls it a seal. Says (62) spec Ez0305A0 whatever that means. The 62 could be the O.D. in mm. Looks like nothing but a rubber backed freeze plug something like what's usd in 4WD front end castings for plugs. Seems like a freeze plug would probably work well enough in it's place if you can measure and match it.
 
Wow that’s awesome, thank you. When I google that looks like it’s near the PTO and this is in the front case. Weird that Mahindra service manual doesn’t show it on the diagram I posted. Service manual is for the 6000 series but since it doesn’t show years I guess it could just be a change.

Do you still think that is the seal or plug given this info? Can you tell me why it would have blown when tractor only has a little over 800 hours? I want to be sure we fix the problem and don’t dig in there again.
 
I found the part in the 6110 parts list on a different page than the the one you posted. It shows the plug, the bolt, the metal tab, and a snap ring. Apparently the plug bottoms against the snap ring and the tab is intended to keep it all in place.

If this were my project I would probably disregard the TYM part if possible. Never been much of a fan of Koreengineering to begin with. I'd look for a standard style freeze plug the same size. If that fails, then go with the OEM part (provided you can actually get one). Depending on just how snug it fits in the bore I would consider drilling and tapping a hole for a second bolt on the top side and adding a second tab. At the very least I would make a different tab, heavier and long enough to cover the top of the plug as well because it looks like it popped it on the top side where there is no tab support. In theory a properly fitted plug wouldn't work it's way out because there shouldn't be any pressure on the back side. It's just transmission gears rolling around and it's vented.
