Doug, it's a 18', 7000lb tilt. Made by these fine folks here in WA. (hard to see, but it's got JD green pinstripe) http://www.topnotchtrailers.com/ I strap it cause my dipper is kicked into float mode, plus it's a little piece of mind. Have no idea what my state requires.
