My RTV was overheating when climbing hills. After performing the necessary repairs (replaced the head) I butt the RTV against a tree and mashed the accelerator in high gear. Old head=full scale temp reading and loosing coolant, new head=1/3 scale reading and no coolant loss.

Injectors are not normally a problem with this engine. But if you don't know the maintenance history I would remove and have them checked. Any diesel shop will be equipped to test and refurbish if necessary. Plan B... I installed new china injectors from ebay, considerably less than OEM...

I installed a sidebyside windscreen on my RTV900. Shipping was delayed but it arrived in perfect condition. The mounting clamps require an occasional check for tightness. The windshield rattles when the clamps loosen up. The tape supplied to prevent rattling does not help much.
