You need to get the power of attorney for both your parents...
Then a locksmith can, legally, get you into the house...
You also need to get a restraining order against your bother to stay away from you and all properties under your control...
You probably also need to swear out a complaint...
What is your business plan's projected replacement year for the tractor you are currently shopping for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years??
Because if it is any of those replacement cycles...almost any currently manufactured tractor will work...:rolleyes:

Measure resistance from brush to brush. Number of OHMS??
Measure resistance thru the rotor windings themselves. Number of OHMS??
Added resistance thru the slip rings and brushes should add no
more than another 2 ohms.
Recheck your reading, then remove the brush block and use your meter probes...
