It is a known issue... but we couldn’t wait. That is why we did the fix with the valve.

    Bed creep

The sprayer weighs about 225 empty. The boom is behind the bed by about 14". I know that there is a lot of leverage (boom is about 75#) but there is creep with the sprayer empty. It actually gets better with the tank full. Under normal circumstances we start with the tank at 75-80 gallons...

    Bed creep

We did take the unit to the dealer and they talked to Kubota. Kubota said that the hydraulics on the side by sides are not made to the specifications that would keep the bed stable in the neutral position. Believe me... we did not want to spend any more money on the unit.

    Bed creep

The dealer did the work so it was expensive. About $325.00. If you buy the valve on amazon, it’s about $130 plus the hose

It worked all spray season. This is a fix! All you need to remember is to turn off the switch or the battery dies after a few days

    Bed creep

About a month ago rustyshakelford talked about bed creep in his lighting thread. I had this same problem with our X1100C with a sprayer in the back. X1100 rtv spray buggy with cruise?

The rate per acre all depends on the chemicals your spraying. We spray from 10 - 15 gallons per acre usually and as high as 50 gallons per acre. The label of your products will tell you minimum gallons per acre. We can't spray 2,4d this time of year because it's too hot.

X1100 rtv spray buggy with cruise?

I custom built ours. We spray pastures and fields as part of our business. We thought we would need a cruise control also until we actually started using the unit. The AgLeader 1200 is pretty expensive. We got it for two reasons: It makes spray reports for you and autoswath. The autoswath...

X1100 rtv spray buggy with cruise?

We do field spraying with our 1100c. We use an Agleader 1200 GPS and there is no issue staying within your speed needs. The hydrostatic drive makes constant speed real easy. We did have a manual throttle installed when we purchased the machine. Using a 30' boom we can cover an acre in a smidge...
