So what is a round ball park figure to do this if it is the case?

This is a picture of the two filters. As you can tell by the picture I punch a hole in the 14070 filter. It is confusing because of the manual I was looking at shows the white one in the picture as the suction. The yellow also has HST filter stamped on it. So I thought I punched the wrong filter.

To make sure I am tapping into the correct filter. Is the suction filter the front yellow or the white one behind it? From what I can find the white larger filter behind the yellow filter is the suction filter.

That was a great question. I did not think about them working. Do they work off the same pump or are they controlled by a separate system?

I do have a hydraulic dump bed and power steering and they are both working. I’m not sure of the hours.

I put a hole in the top of the filter, filled it full of oil. Wheels still not turning. I used a syringe to push the oil into the filter and when it was full I could here it pushing into the pump. Do I need to try and push more in while it is running?

So I was able to get oil into the pump. Still not success. Thoughts? What is interesting is I pumped some oil out of the it had a gray tint (picture attached). I had drained and put new fluid in both places. The siphoned out some oil below the yellow cap(picture attached).

Have not had a chance to try to prime the pump. Also trying to figure out how to prime it manually. Any suggestions? I was thinking I needed to remove the filter, fill the filter with oil and then pump oil into the pump through the filter ports. I know I would loose some as I did that but...
