Upgrade from X1120 to X1100C - Anyone Do This?

I do want to get to Farm Progress show sometime. You can ride your RTV around the whole event area to see the show. I was going to go this summer, but there was two antique tractor parades I've been waiting to drive in so I went to those instead.

Upgrade from X1120 to X1100C - Anyone Do This?

Well if we ever do let me know. I'd have to book holidays, but Indiana/Illinois are within 7 hours or so from me. A year or two ago I contacted Kubota Canada.....NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING, but saidd I was willing to put on a big trail ride for RTV owners, so we can ride and not have to go 65 MPH...

    Snow plow

When I bought my RTV 1100, I first priced the Kubota vee plow. Here in Canada it was insane. Not sure if this is all the same case in USD but I then priced the Kubota straight blade. It was $7000 Canadian. Then I priced a Boss 6.2 vee plow and it was only $5300 installed. So, at least here in...

    Quick Hitch

I did notice they are now made in India. And the design of the adjustable top hook is different now. Second pic is the original on my Kubota.

    Quick Hitch

Went an picked up another quick hitch today. This time for my 67 Ford 3000 diesel. I lucked out. I got one back in 2014 for my Kubota B2620. Went with the B.E. (Braber Equipment) because it looked identical to the Land Pride (which all my implements are except for the chipper/shredder) but it...

    rtv x1140 power steering question

Mine too, but mostly only when loaded with the weight of the plow on. But empty it will do it if you turn the wheel fast.

Bonus pic......a couple of the RTV's from the mine. These things get pounded with little to no maintenance. And don't forget they are climbing some pretty steep ramps all day from 4000 feet below.

And like for the reason you want one, you can't beat them when you want to go for a trail ride and it's a snow storm and minus 40, or pouring rain in the summer. The heated and AC cab is awesome. And you can go for a trail ride and come back with a full load of firewood and it will run just the...

Upgrade from X1120 to X1100C - Anyone Do This?

Only other things I can add Ohio is: 1. While some hate the Kubota rear view mirrors I did have them and never had issues other than the passenger side was partially blocked off by the door frame. But when the glass got broke I used the stock arms and put on these $20 Grote 8 inch convex...

    K-Connect

Okay. So I guess that option is still ruled out. I don't want anything that will hamper my trail riding abilities in the summer, otherwise no point having an RTV.

Upgrade from X1120 to X1100C - Anyone Do This?

Yes, unfortunately you missed the window of when they were "reasonably" priced. But at least you should get a good dollar for your 1120 if it still looks in good shape. I wouldn't get rid of the 9N though!!!! And as Smilingreen has said, yes they are heavyso you are not going to go mud bogging...

    K-Connect

Have a question for you Westfield, now that you have had your K-Connect and blower for your RTV-X1100C. Is it easy enough to remove everything in the summer so you still have all your ground clearance for trail riding? I had ruled out this system when I had priced it and found out it was 20...

    RTV X1100C Mirrors

If you already had the factory mirrors smilingreen...I have pics in another mirror thread here.........my son broke the glass in one plowing so I bought a set of 8 inch Grote convex mirrors and they screw right on to the factory arms. Bigger mirrors and better vision and as a bonus they lower...

    Ford and Allis

No sir! I said to my wife, I hope someone tries to steal that tire I put in the yard. I'd lake to watch them on the cameras trying to load it in their truck, LOL But no, I don't want any more calcium. But now I will need to find steel weights if I go pulling with the Allis next summer. I still...

    Ford and Allis

My daughter took some more pics today with her better camera. And I made some yard art with one of the old Allis rims. What you can't see is the other side where there is no rim left around the valve stem from the calcium, LOL

RTV Daily uses, What did you do today with your RTV?

I hear you. I don't use my Allis or Ford in the winter, so no idea how they would be, but as for pulling box blades in summer no issue for traction. My main work tractor on my property is my little Kubota B2620. It's always in 4WD but it's a light little tractor even with the loader and...

Just looked that model up. That looks like a nice tractor. There's something about 2WD open stations I like.

RTV Daily uses, What did you do today with your RTV?

They are actually calling for snow flurries here by Monday. I just had air conditioning on last two days and heat today????? I don't have a farm, but have some property and I always have three deer that come visit. I leave hay and salt blocks out for them all year. I get mix of everything here...
