Anyone use this coast plug for x1100c?

My kids would hit the windshield when I would let up on the throttle before I installed it. Now they only hit it when I mash the brakes:yum: Dave

Anyone use this coast plug for x1100c?

It's just a plug. You take the old one out and replace it with the new one...5 minute job. Mine has been in since February or March of 2017. It's well worth it if you're tired of getting launched into the windshield. Dave

    What size Winch

Back in my younger years of playing with 4x4 trucks, I used to size my winch to 2x +/- my vehicle's gvw. That being said....if you had a 4000 or 5000 on your RTV and can't get it out, you have bigger problems. I would also suggest wire rope vs. synthetic if you are going to be using it in an...

    hydraulic oil leak

Just had same problem with my 2014 x900. Kubota's fix is to use a piece of hose with a plug on the end. I just used a piece of heater hose I had kicking around and put a bolt in it.

    RTV PLows

I have a SnowDogg on my 2014 X900 and this is my first winter using it and I still haven't decided how I feel about it. My only real bitch is that it leaves a small row of snow boogers where it pivots in the middle. I'm not sure if it's the nature of the beast with a V or not, but it still beats...

    Front spring setting w/plow

Thanks for your response. I do have the HAD front springs on it. I just went ahead and raised it one set of holes on the plow bracket and one more notch on springs. I'll toss the plow on after I get barn chores done to see how it sits. Dave

    Front spring setting w/plow

For those of you that are running a v plow, what setting do you have your front springs at? Currently mine are in the middle but thinking about turning them up to get a little more height on the main plow frame. I have a few more inches to go before I max out the height on the rtv mounted...

    front a arm bushings

I replaced both lower ball joints on my 2014 X900 at 300 or so hours and like 700 miles. I need to do all the bushings on my machine because the A arms slide back and forth a good 3/16". I'm a firm believer that tubes of grease are cheaper than pins and bushings so I'm not shy with the grease...
