I've used mine a few times. It was really good at pulling t-posts.

I had to replace the rubber boot on my shifter this year. I think it's cheaper to replace the occasional part than to build a special place for the tractor. Besides, if I stored my tractor in a building then I'd feel like I have to clean it.

That's a nice area. I spent some time at Shawnigan Lake when my uncle lived there. My Dad has a place on Hornby. I'd like to live on the Island if it wasn't for those ferries. I find them to be some what of a PITA. :rolleyes:

The 1900 series are nice tractors, I almost bought a 1920 before I bought my Mahindra. Where abouts are you on the Island? I lived in B.C. for the first 30 years of my life.

Also, make sure it comes with a slip-clutch or else get a lot of Grade 2 sheer bolts you want to make sure that your tractor doesn't get damaged. A good slip-clutch on the PTO shaft will do wonders when you hit a big rock.

Some members and moderators didn't appreciate his style of posting and decided to chase him off. I didn't agree with it and wish he would come back. I probably should have stood up for him more but it's hard to keep up with him. I think Bindian and MtnViewRanch probably stay in touch with him.
