Yep, went to TS the other day, they have 2 brands with "lifetime" warranty, both were $10.00 - $15.00 more than the lesser-warranty hoses. But nowhere on the "outside" of the wrapper did they define "lifetime". With a little pulling and twisting I could see the underneath side of the wrapper...

The problem with customer survey's anymore is that you're not speaking to a real person, but instead you get to select from a series of ambiguous questions that you rate between 1-5. i.e. Do you find XYZ's programming to be on par with the competitions? () not true () sort of true ()...

My hose is big enough but doesn't last very long... Anyone know where I can get a water hose that will last more than a couple of years? Seems like after 2 years they crack and spring leaks. For what they cost I would expect them to last a little longer!
