Wheel spinning speed demon 1100? Lol, don't know about that. Excellent work vehicle... wheel spinner, not so much!

RTV 900 seems to be dragging

If it's not the cold causing the turmoil you will probably want to take it to your Kubota dealer and have them check the hydraulic fluid and the hydraulic pressure. It can be adjusted but I don't know how to do it without the dealer's help.

    RTV & Tires

Nice tires BC. They would be a little aggressive for my yard but probably great for yours. They'll look great on the RTV too!

    Notch Cut

I saw a felling technique the other day called a notch-cut. I had never seen this before so I just went out and tried it. For those who don’t know, you start out with the usual wedge cut our of the face of the tree. Then you take the point of your chain (avoiding the kickback side) and...

    Chainsaw Mill

After a little more research it turns out a different chain is required also. I just don't think it's worth the effort given the mill down the road will cut for .45 Ft. As luck would have it, my welding buddy had a bad ass heavy duty trailer for sale so I bought it and I'll use that to haul my...

    What a mess!

After 15 hours it wasn't getting any better Doc. I scrapped and scrapped until I had most of it cleaned up and then I sanded like a mad man. The powder from the sanding mixed with the film of goo and eventually I got 80% of it up. Just finished putting down the new cloth and resin. What a...

    What a mess!

Apparently fiberglass hardener (or perhaps the fiberglass resin itself) goes bad when exposed to freezing temps. How do I know this? Well I’ll tell you. I have a shower insert (plastic) and it had a crack in the floor pan. After I sanded and cleaned it aggressively, I went out to the (non...

    Chainsaw Mill

Thanks for the reply 20/20. I'm sure the bandsaw would be best but I already have a chainsaw so I figured this would be one more use. Not sure i can justify the money for the bandsaw.
