    Mahindra 6530 Inj pump problem

So This problem was there before the pump rebuild? Is the problem still there after the rebuild? Just what are you asking for here?

It's your choice to start taking things apart. Do whatever you like. Personally, from what I know of the pumps if the wire on or off makes no difference then there's most likely nothing going on in there that's part of your problem. Just be aware that every one of those pumps I've sent off for...

    2012 mahindra 6530

Many of the tier 2 and tier 3 engines use a version of the VE pump. I'm not sure which one you have. Does it have what appears to be a fuel shut off solenoid on the left side of the pump (right out in the open) and angled slightly up hill? Or does it have a larger unit farther back mounted...

There are at least two different injection pumps used on the 6530. Maybe more. Which one you have will have a bearing on just what cold start system you're dealing with. Is your tractor a tier 2 or tier 3?

That makes sense. I stumbled onto the site a few years back and was surprised at the focus on RTV's, but I guess this explains why that is. Thank you

I just wonder how this website started out and how it has evolved since then. I'm not necessarily a frequent visitor here, and even less frequent contributor. But I do find it interesting that the name is Net Tractor Talk yet tractors are rarely discussed here. Example. At this point in time...

    Question concerning tilting the bed

Thanks guys. That's a good starting point. I don't deal much with RTV's. I get calls every now then on one, mostly Gators. This one runs okay, nothing wrong with it I'm aware of. Just needs an oil change.

    Question concerning tilting the bed

So what's the trick to activate the hydraulics?

    Question concerning tilting the bed

So you're saying that normally the bed tilts with hydraulics, not manually?

    Question concerning tilting the bed

Okay, thanks for that. I saw the bed has handles, so I assume that's just a lock mechanism, the bed is lifted by hand and then some type of prop then holds it up?

    Question concerning tilting the bed

This is on a RTV 1100C. First time on this machine, in pouring down rain, trying to access the engine. I couldn't figure out the trick to tilt the bed. Any help here?

    TD55D stalling

The NH parts website I visit has no listing for the TD55. I do know the TD series fairly well, and suspect it's probably a three cylinder version of the larger models of the series. I know the water separators were problematic, and I have replaced a number of them with something totally...

    TD55D stalling

Again, what's a TD55D? I'm familiar with most NH models, never heard of a TD55.

Clutch problems with used TYM T254 tractor

Sounds like the dealer doesn't really want to do much for you. "Sanding the rust off" is more of a stall than a fix. And yes, it doesn't make sense to work when cold then act up. Something in there "ain't quite right".

Clutch problems with used TYM T254 tractor

Still under WHAT warranty? Warranty is short lived and awfully picky when dry clutches are involved. If your dealer says it's covered, you better get him on it before that changes. The longer you wait around fooling with it yourself, the better the chances you wind up holding the bag.
