    Filling my tires - suggestions.

I was at NAPA and they wanted around $3.50 a gallon for anti-freeze WW fluid! :pat: I'm going to try and check around and see if I can find it cheaper. I was sure that it would be cheaper than Rimguard or Calcium.

    Filling my tires - suggestions.

So I guess the reason people don't generally admit to the "Anti-freeze" thing is because of the environmental issues. Correct?

    Filling my tires - suggestions.

I want to fill the rear tires on my tractor and am looking for the cheapest way to do it (other than straight water). I need to put 25-30 gallons in each tire My local tire place quoted me around $150 for Calcium and $160 for RimGuard. I've heard of people using Anti-freeze Windshield Washer...

    Managing a Burn Pile

I've burned in ground stumps with Charcoal Briquettes but it takes a day or two at least. You have to drill or cross hatch the stump and then soak it with diesel for a few days in adavance. Then pile a big pile of charcoal briquettes on top and let them cook. You could tell someone you are...

Skid Steer Adapter for my ML106

Special thanks to rback33 for the tip! Yesterday I picked up my Skid Steer Adapter from my dealer . Officially, Mahindra doesn't offer a Skid Steer adapter for the ML106 loader but they do offer it for the ML110. Yes, it appears they are inter-changeable. So I now have the adapter, some...

Electic powered attachments, will it catch on?

Whoops - missed the link in Miths post. Still a cool idea. I could see it in some smaller tractors where adding remote hydraulics for light duty implements is too expensive. I've thought of doing a simple electric linear actuator based grapple for light duty work but haven't found any info on...

Electic powered attachments, will it catch on?

Are they referring to linear actuators instead of hydraulic pistons? I'm not sure of the strength of an actuator but if they can be made strong enough and cheap enough then they would be viable.
