On my old 14 X900, when it broke,out-of-warranty, I just put a straight out on it, so neighbors know I'm out checking cattle.:)

You change engine oil every 100 hrs???

BTW, on my old X900 I only greased it at the oil change, every 200 hrs, and all the bushings are bad. But on the new X900 I'm going to grease the suspension more often. :eek:

Since we run them thru water & mud a lot, would marine grease be a little better than regular chassis grease???

2014 X900W, 2175 hours, 14250 miles, Bad Hydro Unit. 2022 X900W, 80 hours, 375 miles. both bought new.

I had a bad quick coupler on FEL go bad, w/loader up, had to remove the hose, #@$%@ oily mess!!

I don't think the filters will interchange, 1 has 3/4-16 thread, the other 1 1/8-16 thread, ( from another web site )

I apologize, I made a mistake, I was going from memory, and it aint to good sometimes. I called the engine in my tractor an Alliance engine, Its a Consolidated Diesel engine. A 50/50 between CaseIH and Cummins in NC, and it is no more, defunct in 2008. Alliance Diesel is machine shop/supplier...

I've got 2 x900's, the newest is coming up for the 1st 50 hr oil change. The oil the oil on both RTV's turned black super fast. I have/had several diesels, and the X900's turn black faster than any of them. I've got a CaseIH with the 6 cyl Alliance engine, (Cummins B), with 4K+ hours the oil...

Is this still available? What's the part # on the springs??

Yep I checked TH, in fact 1 of the dealer that never answered has adds on TH. The dealer that wanted $2500.00 down is pricing @ $23299.00. I ain't payin 30K for one!
