I changed and refilled that tank under the seat. Thix rtv acts like the others I've had, slowing down up hills by maintaining engine rpm. The other one is the odd one out that will practically kill the engine when climbing a hill. Guess I'm not sure what one is operating as designed...

Can't say I noticed much difference.

I've pulled that plug on the spark arrestor. Nothing came out.

Is there a way to clean out the carbon?

I took a brand new one for a drive to see how it compared. It acted like my rtv900. Full throttle and the engine pretty much stayed at max rpm no matter what you were doing as far as hills.

Have used some diesel purge. Good cleaner....didn't make a difference.

My rtv x1100c tends to bog down quite easily under full throttle. Is there an adjustment to have it bypass more easily so that the engine isn't put under overload so easily?

Should add, that the area under that valve cover was pretty sludged up. Not antifreeze in oil custard, just black sludge.

Just got an rtv x1100. 800hrs. When the engine is loaded up it rolls coal like I've never seen an rtv do. I adjusted valves (they were way out), changed air and fuel filters but still it smokes. Tried swapping in some different injectors. No difference. Any other suggestions?
