    More power/speed no $$

Top speed? No it is my understanding is you will end up with more power to the drive wheels. No increase in speed, which translate into being able to carry a load up hills without bogging down. This old hot rodder knows of only one way to increase top speed "larger dia tires) Is a turbo...

    RTV 500 acceleration problem

with my X900 when the temp gets colder than 5 degrees I find that after starting I make sure the brake is on and then put it in drive, after 15-25 minutes it seems that the trany is ready to work. If yours sets out at night a canvas tarp over the engine does help ☺☺

    Shuts off intermittently

Stop at any equipment dealer or auto parts store and ask what they recommend for diesel fuel treatment. I use only two Stanadyne & Lucas, of course we don't get bitter cold here -15 is colder than normal. Lucas has one main job and that is to stop fungus from growing in diesel☺

    Shuts off intermittently

Even with just a 100 hours, I'd take it in for it's 1st complete checkup. If you have a early model with the fuel pickup at the bottom of the tank I'd make that a warm weather project to raise the pickup up at least a inch from the bottom of the tank. a good fuel additive should slow down or...

starting the kubota 1100 in cold weather

1969-1974 Fairbanks, you could buy a electric or propane hot water circulater which was many times better than any block heater. I had one hooked to a 63 ford 6 cyl. That ford would start instantly in weather down to -69. You just had to be careful not to set on the seat until the chill was off☺

starting the kubota 1100 in cold weather

my x900 at zero degrees starts just fine, however per the manual I go by how cold it is to determine how long to use the glow plugs, about 18-20 seconds from 28 to 10, after that I will slowly count to 50. Never have had to monkey around trying to start the engine while engaging the glow plugs☺☺...

    Snow Blower Ordered

I've never used a mounted snowblower before, but for the past 41 years I've owned the biggest self propelled snowblower I could find. The chief enemy of snowblowers on roads and trails are obstacles to small to see when covered with snow rocks, scrap wood, vehicle junk, dead animals ☺ all of...

    Bed creep

As more and more Kubota owners are saying Kubota needs to fix all known problems or get out of the side by side business. I bought mine new early last fall, if I had been aware of all of the mechanical problems I would have bought a Kioti at 20 percent less money :-(

    Kioti Mechron

I've had the same problem with CAT products, a two year hydraulic course let me quickly trace the problem to a relief valve, in one incident a installed thumb that was using the excavator relief valve. solution to this was a separate relief valve☺
