The frame will handle more, and the axels should for short term stuff - the problem is if you habitually overload it a lot (like adding another 500 pounds or so of box blade or 800 pounds of filled tires) keep the bearings lubed and watch your air pressure and you should be OK for short hauls...

I doubt you'll be disappointed in the quality and features on the Daedong. if you can get a test drive, do it - comfort of the seat and layout of the work platform is as important as $$ savings.

the easiest way I know of to tell is pin size - IIRC, cat 0 has 3/4" pins and cat 1 has 7/8" pins. I use my loader and BB to scrape snow -- mostly pulling forward so I don't bend one of my lift arms.

if that price includes a loader, it's a fair deal. If it doesn't include a loader you might want to see how much that will add to tyhe total cost before deciding to buy. I had a 3510 (smaller frame size) it was a great machine.
