    Got Goats?

they actually sell woven wire "goat fence" but heavier gauge 4' tall 2x4 welded wire & t-posts or regular chain link works pretty well and is easier to find. Common 6x6 woven wire field fence is a bad idea - they get their heads stuck in it. a cheap garden shed makes a pretty decent house...

Tractor Supply House Brand Diesel Motor Oil

Cali - the 4110 is a Korean built rebadged TYM just like my 3510 -- and I agree, that sounds like a deal, I think I'm headed over to the local TSC to stock up for my spring oil change too! Uncle Buck - thanks for the tip!

    kioti vs MacCormick

that's a very good price on the McCormick if it's new. they used to be made in England with Perkins diesel engines. since 2006 or 2007 they are made in the Landini plant in Italy. Kioti is a Korean built tractor. either should be a good machine, the HP difference shouldn't make much difference...

    farmpro

it's a rebadged Foton - the older ones were made by Jinma. Both are Chinese tractors known for less than wonderful quality control and a need for regular maintenance. (like flushing all the fluids and changing all hoses and fittings before using the first time) Some folks have excellent...

    1989 Belerus tractor ?

These are the guys I bought my machine from on Rback33's recommendation. yes, they're a dealership. I'm betting the confusion comes from it not always being easy to tell model year and manufacture year on the Asian machines, not a lack of honesty or knowledge on their part. I had seen it on...

    1989 Belerus tractor ?

Bob, send me a PM with your email - I had left work for the weekend by the time you answered - but i can forward the email I got from the dealer from home. TYM is a Korean company, they make pretty good machines with plenty of weight for decent traction. They built for other companies for years...

Doc - we got up Friday and the wife said - congrats, you got your snow for once. I was in heaven. Fred - sorry I never made it over to Wamego during your extended stay so we could share another meal.. But yeah, we were in the same storm as your friends in Paxico. Supposed to be cold most of...
