Many years ago as a kid on the family farm,we used to pull a spreader with a little Farmall Cub...The RTVsure has more hp than that little Cub so traction would likely be your concern...Start off with a quarter load and take it from there. Make sure your rear plastic window is there on the RTV...

Down south they are probably ok because it never gets cold enough to thicken up the fuel. In cold climates it becomes difficult to impossible to suck or push that cold thick diesel fuel through one of those filters made for gasoline.

Our Canoe Cars do just fine....It's them darn Chebbys and Ferds ya keep sendin' us from Detroit that we're havin' trouble ta keep a floatin....and that darn road pavin' masheens ya sent us don't work good too. Soon as the asphalt comes out the rearend, it jus sinks to the bottom.

If this tractor is anything like my Kubota, there is no physical mechanical link between the steering wheel and the front end. A valve at the steering wheel directs the fluid to the hyd cyl that directs the front wheels. Again I don't own this brand of tractor but that's where I'd be looking if...
