Ok what's the fix for the squeak in the steering wheel on the RTV 500s? I've heard several that do it but mine was a nice quiet ride and I want that back. :angry3:

I'm not sure about the 1100s but with the 500 there's a pile of clearance there, sounds like they must have made the area smaller on the 1100.

I would have no issues doing it, that's over it's rating but I put that on my RTV 500 with no issues...the diesel can definitely haul more. I pull my boat around the yard with my RTV 500 with no issues at 2400 lbs and the RTV doesn't struggle a bit. These things are way underrated.

Sounds like a good place to use some aluminum and make a buggy out of it. You could always use some plastic sheets too....just straighten the frame as best you can and go with it. :brows:

I have the Kubota winch kit on my RTV 500 and it leaves my receiver hitch wide open. Are you using the Kubota mount?

That's probably the way I should go, just get the same size tires but a different pattern. I'll check out the Maxxis Bighorn, how are the Bighorns in snow? Would you say they are better than the OEM tires for snow?

Has anyone here with a RTV 500 put on larger than stock tires? If so how do you like them and how big did you fit? Did you install a lift kit? I would like a whisker more ground clearance and a more aggressive tire on my buggy but I'm not sure what fits and where the line is drawn on power...

No from inside the buggy they aren't a problem at all, I'll know more when we get some snow and I see the reflection off the snow but I think they're going to work great. They are just cheap lights off Ebay so worse case I'm out $30 for the set of 6 lights and the controller.
