boy it never ceases to amaze me~

thought about that, but they would break that off also!!they are brutal on equipment! but on a lighter note, parts order was decent. got 90% of my other parts in,the head went out to get valves and springs put in it.hope it will be back later today so i can get that one done! thought i had the...

RTV900 Muffler ?; Hyd oil filler cap ?; Radiator drain?

the drain on the muffler is for soot, they say run it up to temp, pull the plug and run it at half throttle i think it was to blow it out.then plug it back up. as for draining the system, pull the hose on the air cleaner side off the motor, pull the hose apart for the trans oil cooler and it...

boy it never ceases to amaze me~

just wish they would take there time with them, and ease them out of gear, instead of using Armstrong method to get them out of gear!the forks are not that bad to change, just time consuming to get the motor/trans out. the cleaning part, well, you got to have a site boss who will enforce it,seems...

    Intermittent issue(s) 08, RTV1100.

never liked them spring clamps on fuel lines, all the filters im doing now servicing the fleet is getting worm clamps, for silicone hose. they are better, they do not cut into the fuel lines when you tighten them down, due to the smooth band on the inside.got one now with a hard starting issue.the...

the one with the hole, well, that one of you have a good welder who knows what he is doing with aluminum, possibly plug weld it up.a tig welder would be the best bet on that one. the forks are a easy one,did 3 so far this year. i replace both forks at the same time,i dont do just one. they are...
