Jim I still cannot log into ebay but I got in thru the link you provided and found a Service Manual from 1990 and an Op Manual from mid 1993 at reasonable prices and ordered them. I hope they will be close enough for a 1991 machine. Both were less than half what BobCat asked for the Op Manual...

Do you know if the oil filter is different from the 900? In WiX's filter lookup they list all the filters for a 2006 RTV-900. Most NAPA filters are the last 4 numbers of the Wix number.

I also believe when installing the gearing in the new cover I would have the bearing cold and the cover room temperature or above.

Is there something behind that bearing you need out? I believe I would just order a new bearing and install it in the replacement cover and forget that one. Bryce

By my count from your pictures there are seven bolts not six. Not a big point you will have to remove all of them to get that cover off. Hope everything is as planned and no suprizes.

At 19.5 amps I would use at least 10 gauge wire (maybe 8 ga.) and would consider a relay to keep that current out of my switch.
