I can't remember when or what post, but Mahindra has said NO to the use of Biodiesel in their tractors. I have not seen the reason, but when the manufacturer says no and you say yes you VOID your warranty!!!!!

    Tire Checking

Bazillions of tractors have Titan Tires. I believe that with the aquisition of Goodyear AG division, Titan is the largest supplier of AG tires in the US. I was talking to the tire dealer yesterday and he told me that Titan is expecting over a BILLION dollar sales year. Currently they have...

    Tire Checking

Aren't we being funny tonight. Yes Brenda and Brian have been taking care of me. I have nothing but good things to say about the team at this point. Brenda stepped up to the plate and convinced those that work with her that it was the right thing to do.

    Tire Checking

NEWS UPDATE: It's been a while so I'll try to fill everyone in. I was informed by my Mahindra Dealer that all warranty issues with Titan tires must be handled thru an authorized Titan dealer. Got in touch with one dealer in MA and never got a call back from him. Started talking with another...

    mahindra 7010 cab tractor

Does the gauge work in warm weather. If not check the connection from the wiring harness to the temp sensor. Mine was not connected when I go my tractor. If that is not the case and it seems to warm up fine during spring and summer I would guess that the gauge might be defective.

    Tire Checking

Took pictures of the tires, and took them down to the dealership last Friday. He seem to think that they would warranty them, but had to wait to hear from MAhindra?Titan. I'll stop in on Friday to see what is going on. As far as ArmorAll, This is a tractor not a show car. The muddier the better.

    Tire Checking

No, haven't done any heavy lifting. Just the normal stuff. Last summer when we were doing round bales I know I was watching the tires because the machine was new to me and I was paying close attention.

    Tire Checking

Yea Dean, it is outside. But after only 8 months. The rears are not showing any cracks. That plus I can go to my buddies place all three of his tractors are out all year long. Some of his tires are 4 plus years old with no cracks.

    Tire Checking

While sprucing everything up this weekend I noticed that the front tires are starting to develop cracks in the side walls. One tire has them all the way around the side wall. The other has just started. Anyone ever seen this before. These tires are not even a year old yet, and have less than 50...

    Stuck in the Mud

I like that term "Delayed"--I'll have to remember that one next time. Last spring my buddy got the itch and just had to go out and start haying. I called him on Friday when I got home and asked if he needed any help. He told me that the bulk of the work was done now. He said he had a little...

How to unload a railroad hopper car.

I would say that is not the first time he has done that. Looks like special brackets have been added to the machine to be able to do that. The one thing missing from the slide show is the Disclaimer, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, THIS IS BEING PERFORMED BY A HIGHLY TRAINED PROFESSIONAL. :respect:

    Trouble in the Frozen North

IT LIVES, IT LIVES. :applause:  Stoped by the dealer on the way home today and talked to the mechanic. We decided to go back to basics. Check the fuel flow to the filters. Check the filters for air leaks. Then bleed the entire system starting at the low pressure side of the pump, and...
