Yes, took it loose and cleaned both the frame and connector.

I checked out the ground strap from the negative side of the battery and it was in good shape. No corrosion but cleaned it anyway. Still won't turn over. Must be the ignition switch.

Well, I was able to check the safety switch from the transmission and it works fine. So since it is working, the starter is working, and the battery is charged, it must be the ignition switch. Now can anyone tell me how to check that out. I don't know if there is anything else it could be...
