Does this mean I have to move on?

Got rid of my little RTV 500 and picked up a new John Deere 825i today....the Kubota served me well for a couple years but it was time for something that had a little more utility to it...the 825i is much better for trails...it has a better suspension and it's considerably faster. I've got no...

    RTV 500 Rear Lift?

I was glancing over my RTV 500's rear suspension yesterday and I started wondering about lifting the rear of the buggy. Is there any reason not to just put a longer strut assembly in it? From what I could see it looked like it was just a trailing type suspension, it's allowed to droop until...

    Squeak be gone

I finally got around to fixing my squeaking steering wheel on the RTV 500...I popped the steering wheel nut cover, took the nut off with my fingers...it wasn't even snug:bonk: and then I pulled it right out. After the wheel was off I pulled the rubber bushing and sprayed the inside and...

    Testing alternator???

Anybody know of an easy way to test the alternator on a RTV 500? I've gone to start my 500 a few times now and had to get a battery jump box to get it to kick over. I know the winch draws alot of power and I could just be running it down but I want to be certain my alternator is OK while it's...

    RTV 500 Tires

Has anyone tried 25" tires on their RTV 500? I want to put a nice mud tire on my RTV 500 but all the tires I've seen that I would like to purchase are 25", 26" , or 27" tires.... I wasn't sure if anybody on the board had first hand experience with the larger 25" tires or not on a 500.

Any RTV500 Owners done bigger tires?

Has anyone here with a RTV 500 put on larger than stock tires? If so how do you like them and how big did you fit? Did you install a lift kit? I would like a whisker more ground clearance and a more aggressive tire on my buggy but I'm not sure what fits and where the line is drawn on power...

    Buggy Bling

Ok, maybe not bling but since I used LEDs I'll call it bling anyway  I decided to put a couple Bluewater LEDs in my Kubota RTV to make up for the lack of lighting from the factory, the only light on the entire dash is the temp gauge....as RTV operators know with factory lighting you...

Brush Grubbin' With the RTV 500

    Found Ya'

So this is where all the other RTV owners are hiding:hide: It doesn't seem like a lot of forums have much info on the RTV but I think I've found the spot that does. I've got a RTV 500 myself and really like it so far, seems to take whatever you dish it. Just figured I'd pop in and say hi
