That's why I love mine because you have 15 modes to chose from. One is all lights flashes at once. Others are different sequences.

I use a similar system that aurthuritis uses. This is the one you need because to shows up good in the daytime too. Not to mention if is snowing you can sill see it. VA1100, I have the same on mine but I turn them vertical so they don't stick out as far for tree limbs and brush.

Sure that would work too. Mine is loud enough to hear above the motor but not real loud to be annoying.

That might be a challenge to do that. With the buzzer in a box the sound is not loud because it pulses. You can stuff cotton balls in it or tape over the buzzer if it is.
