    Car tires on 1100c

I am looking to do the same thing with our X1100Cs. The problem is finding a stock height automotive tire that will fit the 12" wheel. We did this with our Bobcat 3600s and Gators. For the Bobcats I bought 14" ATV wheels from Summit Racing and used Starfire trailer tires. The Gators used trailer...

    Hard Brake Pedal

I've got a 2012 Toro Workman HDX. 4 wheel disc brakes, manual braking system (no booster). I've had many problems with these brakes and end up changing all the calipers and rotors about once a year to the tune of $1500 each. I just replaced the brakes on this one, went out to break the pads in...

    RAC system?

I got the RAC installed but all my pics are sideways/upside down still so, it pretty much looks like the picture I posted, just with a full cab. lol I tell you what though, it took a good 3-4 hours to install. Many pieces.

    Beacon Replacement

I bought them from www.strobesnmore.com. I get all mine through them. These units are their own brand and have the flashers built in. E3 is the model.

    Beacon Replacement

Since the RTVs are so tall I decided to remove the factory beacon and install LED flashers. I did this on one of our Bobcat 3600s and it turned out well. Damn rotated photos, lol. Stock beacon New LEDs

    RAC system?

We are facilities maintenance so wooded areas are not a problem for us. I would only have to remove it for winter time when I install our salters. So once a year removal and installation. I will see how it mounts to the bed and maybe I can find a "quick release" option instead of bolts. I...

    RAC system?

Anybody have one? How do you like it? I would need to remove mine before winter and reinstall after the snow is done. I see I need to drill 17 holes to fit the X-series RAC. I guess that isn't a big deal but I would be doing this to two machines. If you do have one, do you have the side...

    Flap for front of bed

Thanks. I changed the app I used to send the photos to my computer and that ended up fixing the problem for the most part. The first picture with the mulch didn't rotate properly even with the new app but you rotated it to where it needed to be. Thank you.

    Exhaust extension

Meh, easier and more fun for me to do it. Not completed yet but this is what I came up with. I will paint it black so it is harder to see. I have yet to weld another tab on and need to drill bolt holes. The extension pipe will "float" over the factory pipe and will allow for some engine...

    Flap for front of bed

We had one UTV, I don't remember the brand, that had a rubber flap that kept crap out of the engine bay but was flexible so the bed could tilt.

    Flap for front of bed

There is a rubber flap over part of the engine that was on there when new, but it doesn't keep the crap from going over the bed rail and into the engine bay. Unless that is what you are talking about?

    Frame gap question

Usually on coilover type setups like the IRS units, the bumpstop is located on the shock itself. On these machines it would be under the upper bellows on the shock and cannot be seen. Some other units still have the rubber bumpstop on the frame or control arm but also have it on the shock...

    Exhaust extension

So we have installed Boss VBX3000 salt spreaders in the beds of our X1100c units. They work great but the way the installers ran the wiring it comes down next to the exhaust outlet. Well, the exhaust is too hot and is melting the plastic conduit and is making the wiring brittle. Obviously I...

    Flap for front of bed

So I pulled about 10 gallons of leaves and mulch out from the engine area on one of our X1100c units. I'm surprised that nothing has caught fire yet with all this crap in there. It is obviously coming over the front bed rail between the cab and bed. I don't know how Kubota hasn't realized this...
