    2005 RTV 900 Front springs

Does anyone happen to have the factory height of them? I think mine are worn out but wanted to check the height before spending the money on a new set.

I need help finding parts for a 2014 1140 CPX drive shaft

The splines are worn completely out on both ends of mine and it flops around real bad, needless to say. Does anyone have any leads on where I can get a pair? Kubota doesn't list them separately, they only sell the complete drive shaft assembly for $883.68. Thanks

    2014 1140CPX front drive shaft

Thanks. I just got it out. Now I need to know if anyone has any leads on where I can get new ends for it. The splines are wore completely out on each end pieces and the whole shaft flops around badly. Kubota doesn't list them separately on their parts diagram, only the complete shaft for $883.68.

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

Ok I'm back. I finally got the HST pump in. Just to recap what I've replaced, HST pump, HST pump valve plate, charge pump and the charge pump relieve spring. Still have the exact same problem. Idles at about 50#, revs to about 80# and stays there as long as the throttle is held open rev it...

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

Looks like I'll be back on here in about a week. Got the pump ordered but they said it wouldn't arrive until next Thursday/Friday.

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

I'll order a new HST pump. Like I said, I already replaced the valve plate for it with a new one so at least that's taken care of. Eventually something has to work.

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

When I first got it, there was some damage to the top of some of the pistons and in some of the cylinders in the HST pump. I cleaned the damage up in both and they were compressing with no drag. Do you think that might be where the problem is? I also had to replace the valve plate for the HST...

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

I forgot to mention that I put another set of OEM filters on it again.

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

I just discovered something new, at least to me. I've been moving the lever that controls both the regulator valve and engine in order to rev it up. I just started it and it is still idling at 55# pressure. I revved the engine directly at the throttle control on the engine, not activating the...

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

I didn't state what is happening with the pressure correctly. When idling, it's at 55#. When I rev it up it jumps to about 80-85# and immediately falls to about 20# and stays there as long as the engine is revved up. When I let it go back to idol, it goes back to 55# pressure. Sorry for the...

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

As far as I can see, the hose isn't collapsing. I guess I need to take the servo apart and see if there's an issue there.

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

Ok, I finally received my pressure gauge kit, Amazon failed miserably on this. When I start it up and let it idol, it stays at 55#. When I rev up the engine, it will go to 80-85# and then immediately fall to about 20# and stay there. Any ideas?

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

I agree. I'm not trusting my pressure gauge so I've got to sort that out first. Thanks

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

Ok, the filters are correct. From all indications from the dirt and such, nobody has messed with the servo adjustment. I'm having some pressure gauge issues so I'm going to have to find another one and continue on with it.

I'll check on both items tomorrow evening and get back with you. Thanks

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

It doesn't move at all. The way I understand it, the charge pump pressure activates the servo which in turn moves the swash plate for the HST therefore creating power to the stationary motor and wheels. Is this not correct?

2005 RTV 900 charge pump with low pressure

Sure enough, one of the hoses had a split in it. Changed it and now back to 40 -45#. It even once went to 50# but dropped back to 40 -45#. Any other ideas because I'm at a lose.

Kubota filters and UDT2 fluid. I wasn't aware of the internal suction hose. I'll check into it this evening. Thanks
