New to me- picking up today actually
Owner stated machine won’t go over 15 mph
I see threads saying to check pressures but I don’t know how or what this means
Pretty common. Before you go wrenching lets get a baseline. What size tires and tire pressures. What kind of service history? How many hours and miles? When you get it home and immediately change the fluid in the hst and the transmission with super udt and oem filters. Save the filters in a clean ziplock for later examination incase you have problems. Get that done and report back please.
Ok- first thing the title says 2010 not 2012
Oil and filter look good, filter is a Napa
Air filter looks good
3 other filters look old and are kabota
1491 hours
25x10x12 tires - not sure on pressures
Great thanks. Low hour machine. Tire size is stock so thats good. Tire pressure can affect speed so check them at 20 psi rear and 18 psi front. Find a nice flat level hard place and put your machine on it in neutral and try to push it back and forth or jack it up and turn wheels by hand in neutral to confirm brakes aren't dragging common on this model. Check that and let me know. There's more
Ok the brakes aren't seized. Now change fluid and filters to eliminate any clogged filters or other restrictions. Use kubota filters adding aftermarket we can't confirm a faulty filter.
@71sschevelle is right. all of the black stuff in this photo isn't soot, its corn! It cost me about 5 MPH until it totally burned out. I had a 2011 1100 that was new to me with similar symptoms. Change all of the fluids and filters. if hydro is dirty you might have to change filers again.
