2013 CS2410 DIY cab suggestions

Hey guys! Looking for some insight, pictures, suggestions..anything. I’m looking to make a cab (wooden panels, plexiglass windows, single door) for my cs2410. Not wanting to spend $1600 on a soft cab. Hoping someone may have tackled this project and has pictures and/or advice on how/where to mount supports and panels without a lot of drilling into the fenders.

Do you have any boat shops/marinas around you?
There's companies that come around driving a truck/trailer to boat places that make various types of boat covers. If you could hook up with one of those companies, I'm sure they could make something for you (with windows, zipper-up doors...).
