Are bar tires and turf tires the same height? I am mixing them on a different application and in order for them to work properly, they need to be the same height. thanks o' wise ones.
When you pull up your tractor's specs, it'll give you the size for each type. They're normally different. It may be different for front and rear or just front.
The main thing is the circumference is in the same ratio otherwise, you'll have issues when in 4WD.
E.g. I pulled up specs for a Kubota. If you scroll down, you'll see where they list the different types of tires and what sizes they need to be. http://www.kubota.com/product/l2800/pdf/l_series_spec.pdf
Make sure they are the same circumference.
The issue that will show up if they are not the same, is a
tore up tranny . Which equals a big $$$$ bill, and you a walking.
