Sorry I can't help. When I first got my RTV, it was hard to shift but loosened up after time.
Does it occur when you're in certain situations like being on a hill or grade? If so, does applying the brake pretty hard for a few seconds prior to shifting help?
Being a new machine, can you ask the dealer what's up?
