Bought an 04 RTV900 missing many parts. Asking for help ID'ing what I need to buy/replace.

I got this RTV900 as a weekends project. I'm 100% new to mechanic work and everything I know is from the internet. I know I need an air intake box + filters, oil cooler, complete head assembly, injectors, injector lines, and some other odds and ends. The radiator is missing in the photos but I have it. The block was stored with the cylinders exposed and I found a fair bit of water (a few tablespoons-ish) in the oil. The cylinder walls were not too dirty and can turn the crank without issue. I'm also worried about the injector pump as the top was exposed. I plan to keep this project and sell my Gator as the RTV seems to be much higher quality.

Biggest questions:

1: Do I need to tear apart the block and clean everything/replace rings inside it?

2: Do I need a new injector pump or can I tear that apart and clean it?

3: Can I trust Ebay head assemblies?

4: What's the best way to put a parts list together? I don't know everything I'm missing.

Much respect on the project. I am sure many will help. I would look for another project vehicle for parts. Post as you go... Would love to watch

You need a head the rocker arm assy, push rods and maybe lifters? Injection lines and injectors. Take a magnet to see if the lifters are still in place? Use light sand paper and steel wool polish the top of the block and steell wool the cylinder walls a little. Take out oil drain plug and rinse down with copious diesel and turn the engine. Looks like the bellcrank that controls the tranny throttle and speed lever is missing.

Thanks a lot! I cleaned up the block and cylinder walls and they seem great. I also realized I don't have an air intake manifold and ordered one. I ordered a rocker arm assembly but the three screws don't line up correctly with the head. Is the rocker arm assembly adjustable outward? I only need need 1-2mm for the outer screws to line up.
