I expect it has wet brakes, and as such would be susceptible to most of what applies to other tractors so equipped. The wrong trans/hydraulic fluid can cause noise issues when brakes are applied. Confirming that you indeed have fluid compatible with wet brakes and wet clutch packs would a good starting point.
