BX2230 power loss

I have a Bx2230 Kubota and I am losing poewer after mowing for about 20 minutes. I can shut off the moter and reduce the throttle to an idle. Then if I power back up and start up the mower, it will be okay for a few minutes. The tractor will run for a little while, but again it will eventually lose power. This power loss will continue with the interval that it will run at full power getting less and less.

Also I notice that it mows fine untill it gets up to operating temperature. It does not over heat, but the temperature does get hot. It does not get close to redlining.

I changed both of the fuel filters and the air filter. I also put an additive in the disel fuel that is supposed to clean the Jets?? nothing seems to be working.

I also checked the coolant and the radiator is full.

The dealer told me that it was probably dirty fuel, but I figured new filters would take care of the problem, but it did not. They are suggestign bringing in the tractor and they will clean the fuel tank.

Before I do this Does anyone have any suggestions for what else it might be. I was wondering if it could be the fuel pump??

Thank you

Check your rubber fuel lines between the tank and the injection pump as well as the ports on your filter bowl. Sounds like something is in the way of your fuel flow.
Clean your radiator pre filter screen and blow out your radiator fins with compressed air then hose it out with a garden hose nozzle. That should help the engine run cooler.

thanks

okay I will try all of that. Although I have washed the radiator and ablow it out every time with an air hose before mowing.
