Cab door alignment.

Hi,

This is my first post and I'm in need of some advice. I purchased a Curtis Cab for my RTV900 2008 from the Kubota dealer and am having trouble getting the door alignment right. Looking from the driver side, hinges on the right and latch on the left, the left upper corner is below the top cross member of the cab by about 1/4" and leaves a small gap in the very corner. Trying to get the alignment up so the door is more paraell to the floor or roof and need to go 1/2" to 3/4" and can't get the adjustment on the hinges. Removed roof twice and tried different positions of the front and back windows but still can't get the alignment like the manual indicates. Possible need to slot the mounting holes in the hinges or maybe there is some other trick. Has anyone else seen this issue with the cab doors?

I think you should be able to loosen the bolts on the hinges and then adjust your door upwards. There is some slack in the hinges, just leave the doors on and have someone else tighten the bolts as you pull up on the door. That's how I adjusted mine, but I have an '04 model. I don't know if changes were made after then. Give it a try.

Thanks, but I tried that several times as well. It is more like the back bracket that the hinges mount to are either leaning ahead slightly or the bottom is not in far enough. Tried moving the top u-bolts slightly to get a better angle but no luck either. Still not quite enough adjustment in the hinges to get the alignment right.
