ck3510 check engine light on at 18 hous

I have a CK3510 with only 18 hours it and my check engine light is on. never noticed the regin light come on. tried to regin but could not get it to work. followed the book to the letter on regin. any suggestions. thanks

What's the regin light?

At 18 hours, it sounds like it's still under warranty. Have you discussed with the dealer?
