Thank you sir. I was figuring a couple of the nuts on the inside of the door was holding it in place.Yep , the rubber trim that surrounds it holds it in place . Works best when it's in a heated garage . I used a hair dryer to make it extra warm , use a wide blade putty knife to start it . Keeping it warm is the key to working with the rubber .
I see,, maybe at least get us a pic of the inside door cavity ?I do not believe there is room for speakers. If you look at the door the interior is molded to accommodate the door latch and the window mechanism. Even putting sound deadening material will be tricky. I had a dent on the outside in the lower corner of the door, There was very little room inside to straighten it out. My hands were all scratched up due to the lack of space and the sharp edges. I will try and post a video.
