I have a new MechMaxx 48" flail mower. I have not been able to adjust the unit so the roller drum hits the ground before the skids on the sides. I have lowered the drum (per the manual) and raised the skids but still have the skids hitting first. The skids have very little adjustment available. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
