Front Cargo Panel Won't raise

I've owned a 1140 for 5 years with no problems. Now, I'm unable to raise the front cargo bed into position to allow for the rear seat to be lowered for 4-passenger conversion. There's nothing I can see that's pinching or obstructing the front panel from being raised into place, it just rotates about 2/3 of the way into place and then refuses to to go further. Any thoughts?

Sorry I don't have an answer, my experience is limited to the 900's

Someone with an 1140 should be around soon.
