front window rattle

I have a 900 with a Kubota front windshield. I also have a back plexyglas wind screen that I made myself. In dusty conditions I have to open the front window to help keep the dust from being sucked in. My problem is that the two latches on the front window rattle and it drives me nuts. I tried tightening the two phelps screws and it helped a little, I'm afraid to tighten them any more. Does anyone else have this problem and what can be done about it? You fellows took care of my squeaky ROPS so I'm hoping you can help me with this problem.</p>
 
I have the curtis cab and kubota windshield. I am sure mine rattles to going over bumbs. My side windows ratlle a lot more than the front so I cut a foot long peice of 1/4" air hose and split one side so it slips over the inside window and that helps a bunch. I think I will try a piece of abs pipe cut in similar fashion to clip on the bottom latches.</p>
