Main Hydraulic pump install parts issues

I am working on my 2011 MF 2615 4x4 With loader. The rear lift started to raise slow over a few weeks time and then stopped working altogether. I removed the rear lift panel on top of the gearcase. I found that the wheels at the bottom of the rear lift control lever had fallen off. The lever part number is 3610175m91 for reference. The wheels are unavailable unless i order a pump. The problem is the mark 3 pump (part # 2227A01002) is unavailable on backorder for my tractor and has been at the dealer for 4 months. So I started calling around and found a parts house where the gentleman mentioned that an older style pump (part # 3761324M91) is nearly identical in every way minus the relief valve and the lever. I have the correct lever and he has the older style pump and valve.
My question is has anyone had any experience with swapping or using a different year model pump. It appears that the pump is identical outside of the relief valve and lever which i can swap. Assuming everything matches up and bolts up correctly what are the possible issues that I could run into? I thought maybe slightly slower lift since the old pump is 3200 psi and the new pump is 3000 psi. There is an aftermarket pump also (part #719793M91) im not sure what is the better route to take.
