Massey 590 levelling box

Hi

My 590 levelling box has never worked in the 4 years I have had it . The other day I tried to free the handle and it ended up with the geared nut falling off, I was going to try and remove the arm and have a closer look at it. Has anyone had a similar problem before and how’s best to tackle fixing it?

Welcome to the forum Charlie!
Wasn't familiar with the term "leveling box". I guess that's what you call it on your side of the pond.
Over here, we call it something like "3 point adjustable lift arm".

If it's broken, you could try to fix it but a replacement should be cheap. Over here, you can get the whole assembly for under $50

Thank you, you know what I mean! I don’t know the exact name for it!. Ill have a look at it and if I can’t get it to work then I’ll buy a new one
